Prices, schedules, route plans, weather notes, and availability may change without notice.
Special-request routes and trip plans remain subject to sea conditions, diver level, and operations.
A booking request on the website is not final confirmation until Diving Star confirms it directly.

Bookings And Accounts

Important use conditions for guests

You are responsible for submitting correct contact, participant, and trip information.
You are responsible for keeping your account access details private if you register on the site.
Diving Star may refuse, pause, or cancel a booking flow when information is incomplete, misleading, unsafe, or operationally unsuitable.
Dive activities, course participation, and trip planning remain subject to certification level, health, weather, boat readiness, and instructor or center approval.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of site content

Text, branding, layout, photography, graphics, and other original website materials related to Diving Star remain the property of Diving Star or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise.

Liability

Reasonable limits
